Delivery Information

We deliver throughout the UK and internationally.

UK Delivery

  • Standard Delivery (3–5 working days): £3.95
  • Express Delivery (1–2 working days): £6.95
  • Free Delivery on all UK orders over £60

All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail or a trusted courier. You will receive tracking information once your order is shipped.

International Delivery – Flat £15

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
  • Delivery times vary by location but typically range from 5–10 working days.

Note: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

Returns Policy

We accept returns on standard, non-custom items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition
  • Returned in their original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

How to Return an Item

  1. Email us at info@dascrapyardork.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
  2. The return address is on the original label.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Please note: Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Custom Orders – Non-Returnable

Custom-made dice (including any items with bespoke engraving, full-colour printing, or custom specifications) cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Please ensure that all artwork, designs, and specifications are correct before confirming your custom order. If you have any concerns before ordering, our team is happy to provide a digital proof and answer any questions.

We will even accept a screenshot of our images that we have already produced.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue promptly, including replacing faulty items at no extra cost.
